What We Put Down

Seven things, all of them flooring. Whichever one you pick, the job covers pulling up the old floor, preparing the subfloor and finishing the edges.

Hardwood

Solid and engineered hardwood laid board by board over a subfloor we have already leveled. A hardwood floor can be sanded back and refinished instead of replaced, which is why it tends to outlast whatever else goes into a room.

Luxury Vinyl Plank

LVP gives you a high end wood look on a surface that handles water, scratches and daily traffic. It comes in a wide range of colors, textures and patterns, so matching what is already in the room is straightforward.

Laminate

Laminate covers ground quickly and runs from rustic wood tones through to flat modern finishes. It sweeps and mops like any hard floor and is built for everyday wear.

Carpet

Carpet fitted room by room, stairs included, over a subfloor that has been checked and prepared first. The old flooring comes out and leaves with us.

Vinyl Installation

Subfloor Preparation

Before anything new goes down we deal with what is under it. Leveling, patching, and sorting out soft spots and squeaks. A finished floor is only ever as flat as the subfloor below it, and that is where a rushed install shows up two years later.
